About the Role:


As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a key role in empowering individuals to recover and re-engage with their workplaces after injury or illness. You'll use your clinical expertise and communication skills to assess, plan, and deliver tailored support that promotes wellbeing and successful outcomes.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting workplace rehabilitation assessments and developing individualised return-to-work plans
• Collaborating with employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate recovery goals
• Providing guidance, education, and motivation to clients navigating the return-to-work process
• Identifying barriers to recovery and implementing practical, person-centred solutions
• Conducting functional, ergonomic, and vocational assessments as required
• Promoting workplace safety, inclusion, and long-term resilience through proactive recommendations

About You:


To be successful in this position, you'll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
• Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Full Australian working rights and a current Driver's Licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A compassionate and proactive approach to client care
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
